| The way WaveCommerce works is simple. Take any file you value, send it to us, we encrypt it and tag it with a price. You post it on your web page or on the Great-Stuff Network, and when someone clicks it we see that they pay. For example let's publish a photograph. | |
| To publish a file first you have to give it a title, price, and description. This information will be shown to the consumer before he or she chooses to buy the file. | |
| If applicable, you can provide a suitability rating for your product. This helps us keep inappropriate material out of the hands of minors. | |
| And in order to help seach engines and indices track your product provide some classifying keywords. | |
| You can specify the product as published by yourself or your company, information supplied during registration. Let's say you want your own name to appear as author. | |
| If you would like the file to appear in the great-stuff network index, check the box, choose a category, and somebody from our marketing department will contact you about signing on. | |
| Finally, enter the name of the file you are publishing. You can use the browse button to popup a directory of files on your computer. | |
| Now press publish and send the file to Wave's publishing server. | |
| Wave returns your file encrypted and tagged with the price you specified. | |
| Just click on the WXN hyperlink to download the file to your computer. | |
| You reference the wxn file in your web site HTML with a URL, just as you would a regular image or someother link. More precisely use the following statement: <a href="https://zeus.wavesys.com/pricecheck/? http://www.mysite.com/flowergirl.wxn"> | |
|
When a potential customer clicks on the link they will see the following...
